Takle Consulting ("we", "us", "our") operates the Fricamp application. This privacy policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.

  • Settings: Vehicle type (standard/offroad), filter settings, and EV status.
  • Activity Data:
    • Visit Log: Locations you have marked as visited.
    • Reviews: Text, ratings, photos, and videos you upload.
    • Tracking: GPS coordinates, distance, and elevation profile when using the track recorder.
    • Location Sharing: Real-time position (only if enabled by you).
  • Collaboration: Participation in collaborative maps and invitations.

2. How We Use Data

  • To provide and maintain the service and customize the map experience.
  • To manage memberships and tester communications.
  • To improve map data quality through your contributions.
  • To notify you about relevant events (if notifications are enabled).

3. Third-Party Services

We use reputable subprocessors for secure operation:

  • Google Firebase: Database, authentication, and media storage. Data is stored securely in the cloud.
  • Stripe: Processing of payments and subscriptions. We never store card details ourselves.
  • Map Services: Google Maps and Leaflet for displaying map layers.

4. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

  • To provide and maintain the service and customize the map experience.
  • You can request access or correction at any time.
  • Deletion: You can delete your entire account and all associated data immediately via the "Account" tab in your profile.
  • You can manage consents for location and notifications in your phone settings or within the app.
