Terms of Service for Fricamp Last updated: March 4, 2026 These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fricamp application (the "Service") provided by Takle Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). 1. Acceptance of Terms By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, you must not use the Service. 2. Use of the Service You may use the Service to find, plan, share, and review outdoor and camping spots in Norway. You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, traffic regulations, and the Right to Roam (Allemannsretten). 3. User-Generated Content Content you share (such as reviews, photos, routes, and saved spots) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it within the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that is inappropriate, illegal, or violates our guidelines. 4. Payment and Subscription Terms (Premium) Fricamp offers a paid subscription providing access to extended features. Pricing and Payment: The subscription price is displayed in the app prior to purchase. Payment will be charged to your selected payment method (e.g., Vipps, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) upon confirmation of purchase. Automatic Renewal: The subscription is ongoing and automatically renews (e.g., monthly) until canceled. Cancellation of Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for a new period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period expires. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellations can be managed under "Profile" -> "Subscription" in the app, directly in the Vipps app (under recurring payments), or via your subscriptions in the Apple App Store / Google Play, depending on how the agreement was created. Right of Withdrawal: Upon purchasing digital content that is delivered and accessed immediately, you consent to the delivery starting right away, and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal thereby expires. 5. Limitation of Liability The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of map data, AI analyses, or user reviews. Our AI assessments of terrain and legality are advisory only. As the driver of the vehicle, you bear the full and final responsibility to follow local signs, respect private property (innmark), and assess whether a location is safe and legal to stay at. We are not liable for any fines, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the Service. 6. Changes to the Terms We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Major changes to subscription terms will be notified within the app or via email. 7.
